Balanced diet is made of body building foods, disease fighting foods and energy giving foods.
Eating healthy during pregnancy helps the baby to have the normal weight, mental stability and health and the parent remains strong during pregnancy, labour and breast feeding.
Solid foods after six months of breast milk should contain of balanced foods in order for him to get all the nutrients.
The baby should be given solid foods up to 2 years of age for a good foundation of better health, life and future.
