During its meeting that was held on August 2nd 2012, Ruhango district advisory committee confirmed the permanent workers in the new hospital in Kinazi sector.
Names of the people that passed the interview were read first during the meeting and the winners were revealed on May 2012.
After reading their names, the district advisory committee allowed 14 people to start work officially in the new hospital of Ruhango.
Didier Gakumba who presided over the meeting asked the newly recruited to show commitment in their work like how they passed the interviews.
Ruhango district hospital started receiving patients May 28th 2012 when Minister of Health Agnes Binagwaho asked doctors to have customer care towards those that come seeking their services.
The hospital in Kinazi sector was built by the government of Rwanda with an aim of extending modern health care of 2020 vision near the residents.
Kinazi sector hospital has the capacity to receive 300 patients out of 286.000 people residing in this sector.
Ruhango government hospital started with 7 doctors, 19 nurses, 11 midwives and necessary facilities.
