Youth in Bugesera district have said that partnership agreement signed has become of great importance in their development at different levels.
The agreement was signed by youth groups from Kamabuye, Gashora, Ruhuha and Musenyi sectors and “Gira ubuzima” club members to join Anti-Aids forums in Bugesera district, explains Jean Claude Gahigi, youth representative in Bugesera district.
“The agreement helps the ministry of youth and its development partners in fighting against HIV/AIDS through their contribution of Rwf115000 every three months. A person in charge of fund management should be put in place to follow up on its use daily.”
Before signing the agreement, youth were explained on the importance of the agreement, Gahigi said.
“The partnership agreement is made of sensitizing youth to voluntarily test for HIV/AIDS and promoting music and artists in sectors,” he adds
